The medieval theme of the decor caught my eye, creating a unique and charming atmosphere. The breakfast hall, filled with various options like hot and cold dishes, was a spectacular way to kick off the day.
The check-in area was a bit unconventional, located in the bar rather than a designated lobby, which felt confusing. There was a 100€ deposit requirement upon check-in that wasn't communicated well in advance. The room I stayed in needed some maintenance, which was a downside despite its cleanliness.

unique, unique, unique
I was enchanted by the unique medieval-themed decor throughout the hotel! The breakfast each morning was excellent, featuring an extensive buffet with a good spread of both hot and cold options, all served in a grand hall setting with live piano music. The location couldn't be better, as it was just a short walk to Charles Bridge, and the serene atmosphere added a perfect touch to our stay.

The breakfast was a delicious spread, and the location near several parks allowed us to walk our dog comfortably. We even visited a nearby sports club to burn some extra energy with tennis and a sauna, which was perfect for family fun.
My children wished for more room for the extra bed.

Great Family Stay in a Charming Location
We had a comfortable stay in a Deluxe Triple Room, enjoying the impressive breakfast spread with fresh fruits and local dishes. The proximity to the heart of Prague made exploring easy. However, the parking fee felt a bit steep. Consider using public transport for nearby attractions!

I really enjoyed my stay at Pytloun Old Armoury Hotel. The unique medieval theme throughout the hotel caught my eye immediately. I loved the quirky decor in the dining area filled with armor and swords, creating a fun atmosphere. Breakfast each morning was impressive, boasting a wide variety, from fresh fruits to traditional Czech options. One detail stood out, the staff handed out boxed brownies when checking out, a delightful surprise. Our room, though small, was clean and well-equipped, featuring a comfortable bed and ample toiletries. I appreciated having the option to open the double-paned windows for fresh air. Some issues did arise. The first night, I couldn't get a good night's sleep due to noise from the lounge area below, with footsteps and furniture dragging waking me early. I was moved to a different room, which helped, but I did encounter a leak upon return. A bit unsettling. Despite a few bumps, the charm of the hotel and its proximity to attractions made up for most inconveniences. Walking to Charles Bridge in just minutes was a huge plus!
